摘要
2018年下半年,宝钢1号高炉入炉锌负荷逐步升高,最高上升至425 g/t,对高炉冶炼产生不利影响。简要分析了锌在高炉内的危害,重点分析了宝钢1号高炉锌负荷升高对料柱透气性、操作炉型、及炉缸长寿产生的影响,并阐述了所采取的操业措施。实践表明,通过采取开放中心、强化出渣铁、提高炉缸热量、适当降低炉渣碱度等措施,有利于高炉排锌,减小锌负荷升高对高炉冶炼产生的不利影响,确保高炉的稳定顺行。
In the second half of 2018,zinc load in Baosteel’s No.1 BF increased gradually,even up to 425 g/t,affecting BF smelting operation.Hazard of zinc in the BF is briefly analyzed,especially the influence of increased zinc load on the permeability of the stock column,the furnace operating profile, and the long campaign of the hearth.Some corresponding operation measures are proposed,such as boosting center gas flow,enhancing HM and slag tapping management, increasing the hearth temperature and reducing the alkalinity of the slag appropriately.All these measures are conducive to zinc discharge from the furnace and relieving BF smelting from increased zinc load for ensuring BF stability.
