青钢2号高炉炉况波动的应对措施 被引量:5

摘要 2018年下半年,青钢2号高炉炉身上部镶砖脱落,操作炉型改变,炉况波动较大,严重影响高炉顺行状态及技术经济指标。通过采取稳定原燃料质量、优化高炉操作制度、加强炉前出铁管理等措施,2号高炉炉况波动得到了较好地控制,顺行程度明显好转,利用系数逐步提升,燃料比也逐渐下降,技术经济指标恢复到较好水平。2020年2月,2号高炉日产量达到5220t/d,燃料比493 kg/t,利用系数达到2.90。 In the second half of 2018,the inserted lining bricks on upperpart of Qingdao Steel's No.2 BF peeled off and the operating furnace profile changed,resulting in great fluctuation of furnace condition,which seriously affected BF smooth running and its techno-economic indicators.After taking the measures,such as controlling the quality of raw materials and fuels,optimizing the BF operating system,and strengthening the management of tapping operation,the fluctuation of the furnace condition gets adequate controlled,the furnace gradually resumes smooth running and the utilization factor increases with the fuel rate gradually dropped down and the techno-economic indicators came back a good level;the furnace daily output,in February 2020,comes to 5220 t/d,the fuelrate achieves 493 kg/t,and the utilization factor ramps up to 2.90.
