On the impact of the duty-performance insecurity on the duty-performance effect of the airport security inspectors based on the psychological sense of responsibility

摘要 为研究机场安检员不安全感对工作绩效的影响,基于心理资本调节作用提出工作不安全感对工作绩效(任务绩效、周边绩效、适应绩效)影响研究假设,以机场安检员为研究样本进行纵向实证研究,运用多元层次回归分析法探究工作不安全感与3种工作绩效的作用路径及心理资本的调节效应。结果表明:工作不安全感与任务绩效、周边绩效、适应绩效3种工作绩效指标间存在纵向U形曲线关系,并且这种U形关系只存在于心理资本较低的机场安检员;心理资本在工作不安全感与工作绩效之间起调节作用;可开发的心理资本能够削弱机场安检员工作不安全感与工作绩效间的纵向曲线效应。研究结论可为改善机场安检员工作绩效管理模式、提升民航业安检运行水平提供参考。 The present paper is intended to study the effect problem of the duty insecurity on the duty performance of the airport security inspectors and improve the safety operation level of the civil aviation industry. And,since the problem is concerned about the research of the duty insecurity hypothesis of the duty performance( including the task performance, the peripheral performance and the adaptive performance) based on the moderating effect of psychological duty-sense in hoping to improve the civil aviation safety performance management level. Based on the theory of the positive psychological theory and conservation of the resources theory,it has proposed 2 research hypotheses of the impact of the duty-performance insecurity on the duty performance( task performance,peripheral performance and adaptive performance) results. To achieve the research goal,it is necessary to realize the means of the longitudinal study to collect the related data about the airport security inspectors as the research sample at the 2 different time points. And,secondly,it has to adopt the research method of the multivariate analytic hierarchy regression analysis to explore the role approach. And,last of all,it is also necessary to analyze the interactive relationship between the duty insecurity and the 3 kinds of the duty performance,the peripheral performance and the adaptive performance. The calculation results show that,since there exists a U-shaped relationship between the duty insecurity and the duty performance( the task performance,the peripheral performance and the adaptive performance) of the airport security inspectors. The duty performance can more reflect the work proficiency of the duty-performing officers. At a high level of duty insecurity,the duty insecurity of the airport security inspectors can positively be correlated with their duty-sense of performance. As compared with the airport security inspectors with the lower duty-performing security,the airport security inspectors with the moderate duty insecurity tend to have lower self-conscientious peripheral performance and task-duty performance. Furthermore,the psychological dutyperforming security sense also plays a moderate role in the U-shaped relation between the duty insecurity and the duty performance. And,the above defined U-shaped relationship only exists in the mind of the airport security inspectors with a lower psychological control power. While for airport security inspectors with high psychological power,the duty insecurity has little impact on the duty performance. And,finally,the development-capable self-conscientious psychological power should be able to encounter the longitudinal curve effect between the duty performing insecurity and the duty performance self-consciousness of such inspectors. And,above all,the conclusion of the given paper should be endowed with some reference significance for strengthening the new generation safety performers to heighten and improve the safety operation level of the civil aviation industrial workers or officials.
