基于“金水相生”理论浅析新型冠状病毒肺炎防治

Thinking on the prevention and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia based on the theory of "the generation between the metal and water"

新型冠状病毒肺炎尚缺乏特效药物及有关疫苗,治疗十分棘手,中医药治疗临床效果显著,优势突出。新冠肺炎属疫病,范畴,目前新冠肺炎中医药防治重心主要在肺、心、脾、胃,但从临床研究上看,肾脏与其关系也十分密切。肺脏在五行属金,肾脏属水,肺金生肾水,两者为母子关系,两者协调同作完成呼吸、水液代谢,阴液互资。本文将从肺与肾的关系出发,依据中医"金水相生,理论对新型冠状病毒肺炎防治进行探讨,以期为新冠肺炎中医药防治提供新思路。

Novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19) is still racking in specific drugs and relevant vaccines,so the treatmert is very difficult.TCM treatment has significant clinical effects and prominent advantages.COVID-19 belongs to the category of "epidemic disease".Currently,the focus of TCM prevention and treatment of COVID-19 is mainly on the lungs,heart,spleen and stomach.However,clinically,the kidney is also closely related to COVID-19.Lung belongs to gold in the five elements,kidney belongs to water Jung gold produces kidney water,the two are mother-child relationship,the two coordinate to complete respiration and water metabolism,yin and liquid mutual breed.Based on the relationship between lung and kidney,this paper discussed the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 based on the TCM theory of "generation between the metal and water",so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by traditional Chinese medicine.
