中医辨证论治联合宫腔镜治疗剖宫产术后子宫憩室经期延长临床观察

Clinical observation on curative effect of TCM treatment combined with hysteroscopy on prolonging menstrual period of uterine diverticulum after cesarean section

目的观察中医辨证论治联合宫腔镜对剖宫产术后子宫憩室(PCSD)经期延长的疗效观察。方法将我院120例PCSD患者均分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组采用宫腔镜治疗,观察组采用中医辨证论治联合宫腔镜治疗,比较两组临床疗效、月经积分、行经天数、中医症状积分和复发率。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组月经积分、行经天数、中医症状积分均降低且观察组月经积分、行经天数、中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证论治联合宫腔镜对PCSD经期延长的疗效较为满意,明显地促进月经的恢复,改善中医症状,降低复发率。

Objective To observe the effect of TCM treatment combined with hysteroscopy on prolonging menstrual period of uterine diverticulum(PCSD) after cesarean section.Methods 120 patients with PCSD were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases each.Control group was treated with hysteroscopy,and observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of control group.The curative effect,menstrual score,menstrual days,TCM symptom score and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the menstrual score,menstrual days and TCM symptom score of both groups were reduced,and the menstrual score,menstrual days and TCM symptom score of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM therapy combined with hysteroscopy is satisfactory for the efficacy of prolonging menstrual period of PCSD,which obviously promotes the recovery of menstruation,improves TCM symptoms,and reduces the recurrence rate.
