内热针联合中药熏蒸对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛程度、运动功能及血流动力学的影响

Effect of internal heat acupuncture combined with TCM fumigation on pain degree,motor function and hemodynamics of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain

目的观察内热针联合中药熏蒸对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛程度、运动功能及血流动力学的影响。方法将我院146例颈肩腰腿痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组各73例。对照组口服神经妥乐平治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上行内热针联合中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、Barthel指数(BI)、Fugl-Meyer运动评分量表(FMA)及血浆粘度(CP)、血沉速率(ESR)、红细胞电泳时间(RBEC)和血细胞比容(HCT)的水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分下降JOA、BI、FMA评分均降低且观察组VAS评分低于对照组JOA、BI、FMA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者CP、ESR、RBEC、HCT水平均降低,且观察组患者CP、ESR、RBEC、HCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内热针联合中药熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者临床疗效显著,能明显地降低疼痛程度、提高运动功能和日常生活能力,改善血流动力学。

Objective To observe the effects of internal heat acupuncture combined with TCM fumigation on the pain degree,motor function and hemodynamics of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods A total of 146 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain were divided into two groups according to the time of admission to the hospital,with 73 cases in each.Control group was given neurotolepine orally;observation group was treated with internal heat acupuncture combined with TCM fumigation on the basis of control group.The clinical effects,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment,and the Japanese Orthopedic Association evaluation treatment score(JOA),Barthel index(BI),Fugl-Meyer exercise score scale(FMA),plasma viscosity(CP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),red blood cell electrophoresis time(RBEC)and hematocrit(HCT)levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased,JOA,BI,and FMA scores decreased,and the VAS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,the scores of JOA,BI and FMA in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of CP,ESR,RBEC,and HCT in both groups decreased;and the levels of CP,ESR,RBEC,and HCT in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal heat acupuncture combined with TCM fumigation has a significant effect on patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.It can significantly reduce the pain degree,improve motor function and daily life ability,and improve hemodynamics.
