荆花胃康胶丸联合四联疗法对十二指肠溃疡胃镜形态学及HP清除率的影响

Effect of Jinghua Weikang Capsule combined with Quadruple therapy on gastroscopy morphology and HP clearance of duodenal ulcer

目的观察荆花胃康胶丸联合四联疗法对十二指肠溃疡(DU)胃镜形态学及幽门螺杆菌(HP)清除率的影响。方法将我院142例DU例患者按入院时间分为观察组与对照组各71例。对照组患者采用四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用荆花胃康胶丸治疗,比较两组溃疡愈合率、HP清除率、胃肠道症状等级评估量表(GSRS)评分、胃泌素(GAS)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及生长抑素(SS)的表达情况。结果观察组溃疡愈合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组HP清除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组腹痛腹胀纳差和反酸评分均降低且观察组腹痛腹胀纳差及反酸评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者GAS水平降低,CGRP、SS水平增高;且观察组患者GAS水平低于对照组,观察组CGRP、SS水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论荆花胃康胶丸联合四联疗法促进DU患者溃疡愈合,提高HP清除率,改善症状和胃肠激素的水平。

Objective To observe the effect of Jinghua Weikang Capsule combined with Quadruple therapy on the gastroscopic morphology of duodenal ulcer(DU)and the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori(HP).Methods 142 patients with DU were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission,with 71 cases in each.Control group was treated with Quadruple therapy;observation group was treated with Jinghua Weikang Capsule on the basis of control group.The ulcer healing rate,Hp clearance rate,gastrointestinal symptom rating scale(GSRS)score,the expression of gastrin(GAS),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and somatostatin(SS)were compared between the two groups.Results The ulcer healing rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the Hp clearance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the abdominal pain abdominal distension,anorexia and acid reflux scores of both groups decreased,and the abdominal pain,abdominal distension anorexia and acid reflux scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of GAS in both groups decreased,and the levels of CGRP and SS increased;and the levels of GAS in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the level of SS was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinghua Weikang Capsule combined with Quadruple therapy can promote ulcer healing in patients with DU,increase HP clearance rate improve symptoms and gastrointestinal hormone levels.
