基于“内毒论”探讨原发免疫性血小板减少症临证体会

Discussion on clinical experience of primary immune thrombocytopenia based on "internal toxin" theory

吴深涛教授认为原发免疫性血小板减少症病机关键为热毒内伏营血,与脾肾相关,其发病与内毒,密切相关。内毒久蓄多以浊毒形式发病。治疗要注重浊毒,存在的特征适时运用化浊解毒法,断其毒源是关键,总结出"识—化—断—扶"的阶梯式治疗模式为原发免疫性血小板减少症的临床治疗提供了思路。

Professor WU Shentao proposes that the key to the pathogenesis of primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is heat into the blood,which is related to the spleen and kidney,and its incidence is closely related to "internal toxin".Internal toxin accumulates for a long period of time,and the disease mostly occurs in the form of turbid poison.The treatment should pay attention to the characteristics of "turbidity-poison" and apply the method of detoxification to cut off its poison source.The "identify-dissolve-disconnection-straighten" stepped treatment mode provides a good example for the treatment of ITP.
