The global energy landscape is undergoing profound adjustment.With the substantial increase of shale oil and gas production,the United States will become an exporter of oil and gas on a par with the Middle East and Russia,and the global oil and gas supply will continue to be surplus.Meanwhile,with the acceleration of global energy transformation,coal consumption will continue to decline,while renewable energy will grow rapidly.These changes indicate that China's energy security is guaranteed under normal circumstances.We should seize the opportunity of loose energy supply to optimize the layout of oil and gas cooperation and increase energy reserves to cope with uncertain risks.We should also maintain strategic focus,push new energy development,accelerate the transformation of fossil energy,especially coal and its related sectors,promote the BRI green development,and lead the regional energy transformation.
