水丰水库浮游生物组成及初级生产力研究 被引量:3

摘要 于2015年6月、8月和10月,2016和2017年4月、6月、8月和10月,在水丰水库上游的浑江口至下游的坝前设5个代表性的采样点,采用规范方法,调查水丰水库的浮游生物组成和初级生产力。结果表明,共鉴定出57种浮游植物,分属7门38属,其中蓝藻门4种、硅藻门24种、金藻门1种、隐藻门2种、甲藻门3种、裸藻门2种和绿藻门21种;鉴定出浮游动物30种,其中原生动物5种、轮虫类17种、枝角类5种和桡足类3种。浮游植物平均密度为52.43×10^(4)cells·L^(^(-1)),平均生物量0.64 mg·L^(-1);浮游动物平均密度28.3 ind·L^(-1),平均生物量0.42 mg·L^(-1)。浮游植物法推算初级生产力平均值为964.9 mg C·m^(-3)·d^(-1),叶绿素法为600.2 mg C·m^(-3)·d^(-1),黑白瓶法为708.5 mg C·m^(-3)·d^(-1),总平均值为757.9 mg C·m^(-3)·d^(-1),结果排序为浮游植物法>黑白瓶法>叶绿素法。估算得出鲢Hypophthalmichthys molitrix鱼产力为2856.0 t,鳙Aristichthys nobilis鱼产力为2998.8 t。 The plankton composition and primary productivity were investigated in five representative sampling sites from outlet of Hunjiang River upstream to front of the dam of Shuifeng Reservoir the downstream,in June,August and October 2015,and April,June,August and October 2016 and 2017 by standard methods.The results showed that 57 species of phytoplanktons were found belonging to 7 phyla and 38 genera,including 4 species in Cyanophyta,24 species in Diatomaceae,1 species in Chrysophyta,2 species in Cryptophyta,3 species in Dinoflagellates,2 species in Euglenophyta and 21 species in Chlorophyta.30 species of zooplankton were observed,including 5 species of protozoa,17 species of rotifera,5 species of cladocera,and 3 species of copepoda.The phytoplankton had average density of 52.43×10^(4)cells·L^(-1),and average biomass of 0.64 mg·L^(-1),and the zooplankton showed average density of 28.3 ind·L^(-1),and average biomass of 0.42 mg·L^(-1).The average primary productivity was estimated as 964.9 mg C·m^(-3)·d^(-1)by phytoplankton method,600.2 mg C·m^(-3)·d^(-1)by chlorophyll method,and 708.5 mg C·m^(-3)·d^(-1)by white and black bottle method,with average of 757.9 mg C·m^(-3)·d^(-1),and descending order of phytoplankton method>white and black bottle method>chlorophyll method.The productivity was estimated as 2856.0 t of silver carp(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)and 2998.8 t of bighead carp(Aristichthys nobilis)in Shuifeng Reservoir.
