摘要
目的探讨血清糖类抗原125(Carbohydrate antigen 125,CA125)、鳞状细胞相关癌抗原(Squamous cell associated oncoantigen,SCCA)在肺结核与肺癌患者表达含量,为临床辅助鉴别诊断肺结核与肺癌提供实验依据。方法选取2019年6月至2019年12月于该院确诊的87例肺结核患者(肺结核组)和79例肺癌患者(肺癌组),并收集50例健康体检者(对照组)。电化学发光法检测三组人群血清CA125、SCCA含量。结果肺结核组CA125含量(75.54±26.23U/mL)显著高于肺癌组(46.08±13.76U/mL),肺癌组CA125含量显著高于对照组(11.52±5.92U/mL),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺癌组SCCA含量(2.68±1.30ng/mL)显著高于肺结核组(1.07±0.68ng/mL)和对照组(1.03±0.45ng/mL),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅳ期肺癌CA125含量(50.96±14.52U/mL)、SCCA含量(3.18±1.18ng/mL)明显高于Ⅲ期CA125(40.54±10.54U/mL)、SCCA(2.11±1.20ng/mL),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);腺癌CA125含量(50.00±14.58U/mL)明显高于鳞癌(42.79±12.27U/mL),鳞癌SCCA含量(3.08±1.18ng/mL)明显高于腺癌(2.20±1.30ng/mL),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清CA125、SCCA对辅助鉴别诊断肺结核与肺癌具有一定的临床诊断价值,且对肺癌分期与分型具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum CA125 and SCCA in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer,so as to provide experimental basis for clinical differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer.Methods It was selected a total of 87 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(the pulmonary tuberculosis group)and 79 patients with lung cancer(the lung cancer group)diagnosed in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019,and 50 healthy people were collected(the control group).The contents of serum CA125 and SCCA in the three groups were detected by electrochemiluminescence method.Results The content of CA125 in the pulmonary tuberculosis group(75.54±26.23U/mL)was significantly higher than that in the lung cancer group(46.08±13.76U/mL),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(11.52±5.92U/mL)(P<0.05).The content of SCCA in the lung cancer group(2.68±1.30ng/mL)was significantly higher than that in the pulmonary tuberculosis group(1.07±0.68ng/mL)and the control group(1.03±0.45ng/mL)(P<0.05).The levels of CA125 and SCCA in stageⅣlung cancer[CA125(50.96±14.52U/mL),SCCA(3.18±1.18ng/mL)]were significantly higher than those in stageⅢ[CA125(40.54±10.54U/mL),SCCA(2.11±1.20ng/mL)].The CA125 content of the adenocarcinoma group(50.00±14.58U/mL)was significantly higher than that of the squamous cell carcinoma group(42.79±12.27ng/mL)(P<0.05).The SCCA content of the squamous cell carcinoma group(3.08±1.18ng/mL)was significantly higher than that of the adenocarcinoma group(2.20±1.30 ng/mL)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA125 and SCCA has a certain clinical value in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer,and it has a certain reference value for the staging and classification of lung cancer.
