随着近年来化工行业生产安全事故的频发,国内对化工行业生产安全的重视程度不断提升。安全仪表系统,用于实现化工控制系统中超限报警和安全联锁功能,是化工企业自动控制中的重要组成部分。对化工安全仪表系统进行了阐述,对化工安全仪表系统设置原则、优化设计方案及全生命周期管理进行了探讨,希望能够给同行带来启示。

With the frequent occurrence of production safety accidents in the chemical industry in recent years, the domestic emphasis on the production safety in the chemical industry has been continuously increased. Safety instrumentation system(SIS) can be used to realize the function of over-limit alarm and safety interlock in chemical control system, which is an important part of automatic control in chemical enterprises. In this paper, the chemical safety instrument system was described, and the principles of setting up chemical safety instrument system, optimal design scheme and life cycle management were discussed, hoping to bring enlightenment to relevant personnel.
