积液气井排水采气工具研制及运用

摘要 为了研究华北油田积液气井排水采气工具研制运用情况,对研究区华北油田进行气举排水采气、电潜泵排水采气、柱塞举升式排水采气的综述性研究。研究得出:当前的气举工艺配合合理的气举工具和地面配套技术,大幅强化了气举施工中工具的可靠程度,拓展了多维导向下的运用范围;当前改造升级后的电潜泵专用井口能兼容二次表、各型探头安装、数据传输与组态。设备方便优选运用的可投捞式自动换向阀工具在运用过程中能极大强化单井运行可靠性,特别在检泵周期和其他施工维护方面得到了较大提高,在工艺排水采气的经济效益上得到了各方面的验证;经过多年的技术积累和改进,当前的柱塞举升式排水采气所涉自动控制器、卡定器、柱塞等工具在全尺寸通用的前提下进行了承压、抗腐蚀能力升级,有效强化了柱塞举升技术的运用范围。强化了运行参数,为采油气提速提效的工作提供基础保障。 In order to study the development and application of drainage gas recovery tools for liquid gas wells in Huabei oilfield, a comprehensive study on gas lift drainage gas recovery, electric submersible pump drainage gas production and plunger lifting drainage gas production in Huabei oilfield was carried out. The research results showed that, the current gas lift technology combined with reasonable gas lift tools and ground supporting technology greatly enhanced the reliability of tools in gas lift construction, and expanded the application scope under multi-dimensional guidance;the special wellhead for ESP after transformation and upgrading could be compatible with secondary meter, installation of various probes, data transmission and configuration. The tool of automatic directional valve which was put into operation conveniently and optimally greatly enhanced the operation reliability of single well, especially in the pump inspection period and other construction and maintenance aspects. The economic benefits of process drainage and gas recovery have been verified in various aspects. After years of technical accumulation and improvement, the current automatic controller, stopper, plunger and other tools involved in the current plunger-lifting drainage gas recovery have been upgraded under the premise of full-scale general use, effectively strengthening the application scope of plunger lifting technology. The operation parameters were strengthened to provide basic guarantee for the work of increasing the speed and efficiency of oil and gas production.
