摘要
传统的岩巷支护方式以直墙半圆拱形锚网喷为主,掘进方式为"两掘一喷"。"两掘一喷"锚网喷支护掘进速度慢,爆破后直接打锚杆无法保证安装质量致使巷道支护强度低。分析了超化煤矿锚网喷支护掘进速度慢、支护强度低的原因,在岩巷掘进中采用喷浆后打锚杆挂网的支护方式,提高了岩巷掘进速度,保证了锚杆支护质量。
The traditional support method of rock roadway is mainly vertical wall and semi-circular arch type bolt mesh shotcreting,and the driving method is"two driving and one shotcreting"."two excavation and one spray"bolting and shotcreting support is slow in driving speed,and the direct bolting after blasting can not guarantee the installation quality,resulting in the low strength of roadway support.The support method of bolting and hanging net after shotcreting is adopted in the excavation of rock tunnel in Chaohua coal mine,which improves the excavation speed of rock tunnel,ensures the quality of bolting support,and has good engineering application value.
