摘要
长壁综放工作面回撤工作中,存在回撤通道维护空间大、顶板动压变化频繁的问题,以小庄煤矿40202综放工作面回撤为例,创新性地提出了回撤迎头支护采用原工作面液压支架作为掩护支架的迎头支护方式,即"掩护式支架回撤工艺"快速回撤方法。该方法在支护效果及材料消耗上较原回撤方法均具有较大改进,可以提升工作面的安全高效回撤,保证回采工作的正常接替。
In the withdrawal work of longwall fully mechanized top-coal caving face, there are problems such as large space for the maintenance of the withdrawal passage and frequent changes of roof dynamic pressure. Taking the withdrawal of 40202 fully mechanized top-coal caving face in Xiaozhuang coal mine as an example, innovatively adopts the hydraulic support of the original working face as the front support of the shield support, and puts forward a fast withdrawal method of the "shield support". Compared with the original withdrawal method, the support effect and material consumption of this method have been greatly improved, which can improve the safe and efficient withdrawal of working face and ensure the normal replacement of mining work.
