综放工作面下顺槽顶板超前支护技术优化设计研究 被引量:8

摘要 以大淑村矿172404工作面下顺槽地质条件为背景,提出3个超前支护方案对原有支护形式进行优化,并采用钻孔窥视的方法对各方案进行对比分析。结果表明,采用方案Ⅲ即注浆锚索+普通锚索超前支护形式可有效控制巷道顶板裂隙发育,支护效果最佳。另外,该方案改变了原有超前支护生产模式,取消了单体支柱,显著提高了施工效率,有效降低了工作强度,保证了工作面安全生产。 Based on the geological conditions of the gateway under 172404 working face in Dashucun coal mine as the background,three advanced support schemes are proposed to optimize the original support forms,and the borehole peeping method is used to compare and analyze each scheme.The results show that the development of roof cracks can be effectively controlled by adopting scheme III,namely grouting anchor cable+ordinary anchor cable,and the supporting effect is the best.The scheme changes the original advanced support production mode,cancels the single pillar,significantly improves the construction efficiency,effectively reduces the working intensity,and ensures the safety production of the working face.
