摘要
为研究日常防护型口罩过滤效率两种介质相关性,文中通过介绍和比较盐性颗粒物过滤效率和油性颗粒物过滤效率的计数中位径、粒径分布的几何标准偏差及考核标准值等,根据GB/T 32610—2016《日常防护型口罩技术规范》中相关规定,对100款日常防护型口罩滤材过滤效率的盐性介质和油性介质的测试结果进行比较分析。结果表明,过滤效率盐性介质和油性介质呈正相关性且油性介质的考核标准比盐性介质更加严格。样品经过预处理后,无论是盐性介质还是油性介质,预处理后样品的过滤效率结果均差于同款未预处理样品的结果。
To study the daily protective mask of two medium correlation filtering efficiency, the paper through the introduction and comparison of salt particle filter efficiency of filter efficiency and oil particle counting the median diameter, particle size distribution of the geometric standard deviation and the assessment standard, according to the "GB/T 32610—2016 daily technical specification for protective mask in the regulations", to 100 daily protective mask filter efficiency of filter material salt medium and compare the test results of oily medium. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the filtration efficiency of salt medium and oil medium, and the examination standard of oil medium is stricter than that of salt medium. After the pretreatment of the sample,whether it is salt medium or oil medium, the filtration efficiency of the pretreated sample is worse than that of the unpretreated sample of the same type.
