棉与黏胶纤维混纺产品定量分析方法的探讨

摘要 为研究棉与黏胶纤维混纺产品定量分析方法,文中通过配比含量固定的棉、黏胶纤维试样,排除非纤维物质的影响,着重分析溶解法的结果,从而比较出两种方法的差异。此外采用两种试验方法对随机两种棉、黏胶纤维面料(纤维含量不同)进行试验,在实际检验过程中比较两种检测方法的差异。结果表明,综合考虑,甲酸-氯化锌法的试验结果更加准确,建议首选。 In order to study the quantitative analysis method of cotton/viscose fiber blended products, the influence of non fiber substances was eliminated by using cotton/viscose fiber samples with fixed proportion content, and the results of dissolution method were analyzed emphatically, so as to compare the differences between the two methods.In addition, two test methods were used to test two kinds of random cotton/viscose fabrics(different fiber content),and the differences between the two methods were compared in the actual inspection process. The results show that the test results of formic acid zinc chloride method are more accurate, and it is recommended to be the first choice.
