摘要
优选碳纤维毡作为红外发热材料,将多种基布、碳纤维毡、导电布进行复合整理加工,探究碳纤维毡的结构对发热性能的影响,测试复合面料的电阻、发热温度、褶皱回复性、耐揉搓等性能。结果表明,优选出7 g/m^(2)的苯丙树脂碳毡,设计电流为1.1~1.5 A,电源采用24 V、2 A,撕裂强力能达到16 N,面料发热温度可达48℃左右,发热温度适当,面状辐射发热,升温迅速且发热均匀,褶皱回复角高,是一种轻便易携带、耐折叠、适用范围广、发热效率高的远红外发热柔性功能纺织品。
Carbon fiber felt is preferred as the infrared heating material. A variety of base fabrics, carbon fiber felts, and conductive fabrics are compounded and processed. The effect of the structure of the carbon fiber felt on the heating performance is investigated. The resistance, heating temperature, wrinkle recovery performance, and resistance of the composite fabric are tested. For kneading and other properties, And it turns out that 7 g/m^(2) styrene-acrylic resin carbon felt is preferred. The design current is 1.1 A~1.5 A, the power source is 24 V/2 A, the tear strength can reach 16 g/m^(2), and the fabric heating temperature can reach about 48℃ . The temperature is appropriate, the surface radiates heat, heats up quickly and uniformly, and the wrinkle recovery angle is high,and a far-infrared heating flexible functional textile that is easy to carry, resistant to folding, wide in application range and high in heating efficiency is obtained.
