摘要
提出可為典型寫字樓圍著升降机井造100mm厚岩棉保溫層、並於一層高位及天台層設百葉,利用煙囪效應引入外气令升降机.井於冬季供暖期溫度降低、從而升降机前廳只須設一個前室及一重門、及壓差降低,每層公共面積亦可降低,解釋了選取50Pa為樓層数量/高限制條件,分析及計算了以10K溫升於冬季室外設計溫度下(上海与北京地區)、煙囱效應下引入升降机井之風量及与室内之壓差,樓高可達60層.
Insulating externally with 100mm thick rockwool,and venting at the top and bottom of lift shafts for office buildings is proposed for reducing the stack effect pressure differences.Only one vestibule is needed for each lift lobby.50Pa is considered as the criteria of building height limit,and 60 storeys can be achieved.
