摘要
制动系统参与提升机的开车和停止制动,影响整个提升系统的安全运行。针对提升设备长时间运行,密封失效导致原制动系统漏油的问题,提出了改用智能闸控系统的方案。根据以往智能闸控系统的改造案例,总结了测量、设计及安装调试过程中的注意事项,对类似制动系统的改造具有指导意义。
The braking system participates in the start-up and halting process,affects the safe operation of the whole hoisting system.In view of failed sealing resulting in the oil leakage of original braking system after long-term operation of the hoist,intelligent brake system was proposed to replace the original braking system.According to past reconstruction examples of intelligent brake system,the paper summarized the matters need to pay attention during measurement,design,mounting and debugging process,which was of guidance significance for the reconstruction of similar braking system.
