摘要
以某煤矿斜巷用挡车栏为研究对象,分析挡杠式挡车栏和网式挡车栏在 N2 采区辅助运输上山重载提升/下放过程中,发生跑车时阻止车辆继续运动的效果。通过动力学分析,对 2 种挡车栏的极限抗冲击力进行校核,并针对现有挡车栏的使用现状提出改进措施。经实践验证,改进后的挡车栏阻挡跑车的效果显著增加。
Taking the tramcar stop in the inclined shaft a colliery as the research object,the paper analyzed the tramcar stopping effects of the bar-typed tramcar stop and the net-typed tramcar stop at the time of tramcar being out of control during heavy-load lifting and lowering process in auxiliary uphill transport in mining area N2.After dynamic analysis,the limit anti-impact force of the two kinds of tramcar stop was checked,and improvement measures were offered based on current service status of the tramcar stop.Practice showed the tramcar stopping effects of the improved tramcar stop remarkably enhanced.
