高寒地区煤灰双向运输系统输送带翻转装置的优化设计与应用 被引量:2

Optimization design and application of conveyor belt overturning device in two-way coal ash transportation system in alpine regions

摘要 为解决长距离带式输送机回程段输送带落料污染环境的问题,对输送带进行了翻转设计,并对翻转位置进行优化,使翻转装置的设计更加合理。输送带翻转后,承载面始终保持向上,避免了输送带上粘附的物料与下托辊接触后掉落地面而污染沿线环境,同时翻转装置处由于振动产生的大量落料由溜槽收集后自动卸载至回程带面,反向运输至露天矿处理,实现了集中落料、自动清扫,提高了长距离双向运输带式输送机运行的可靠性和经济性,可为高寒地区输送带翻转装置的应用提供借鉴。 In order to solve the problems of environment pollution due to spillage from return belt of the long-distance belt conveyor,the overturning of the conveyor belt was designed,and the overturning position was optimized to ensure the overturning device more reasonable in design.After the conveyor belt being overturned,the bearing surface was always kept upward,so as to avoid the material adhered onto the belt falling to the ground and pollute the environment along the line after touching the lower rollers.Meanwhile,at the overturning device,a large amount of spillage due to vibration was collected by chute and automatically unloaded to the surface of return belt,and then was delivered in reverse direction to the strip mine for processing,enhanced the operation reliability and economy of the long-distance two-way belt conveyor,which could offer reference for the application of the conveyor belt overturning device in alpine regions.
