摘要
高职扩招人员的年龄结构、认知水平、学习需求均呈现出多样化特点。基于学生此类特点,适时改革教学模式,开展针对性、分层次教学,确保高职扩招量增质不减显得尤为必要。该研究以高职扩招学生为研究对象,以POA理论为指导,在《大学英语》教学中开展由任课教师、辅导员、教辅人员、学生助教共同参与的"四位一体"云教学实践,培养学生的英语综合应用能力,形成一套在高校专科和高职扩招人员中普遍适用的云教学模式。
The age structures,cognitive levels and learning needs of the expanded higher vocational students are characterized by diversity.Based on such characteristics of students,it is particularly necessary to reform the teaching mode timely and carry out targeted and hierarchical teaching to ensure that the expansion of higher vocational education does not decrease in quantity and quality.In this paper,the expansion of higher vocational students as the research subject,guided by POA theory,in the teaching of college English,“four in one”cloud teaching practice is carried out with the participation of teachers,counselors,teaching assistants and student assistants,so as to cultivate students'comprehensive English abilities and form a set of cloud teaching mode which is generally applicable to college students and higher vocational college students.
