摘要
在采用有限元方法对自动扶梯桁架进行力学分析的基础上,对桁架进行模态分析,确定桁架的振动特性,避免产生共振。同时建模对桁架进行横向受力分析,经过多组试验对比证明增强桁架抗扭的能力的设计方法,提出结构优化设计中关于等强度和抗扭设计应注意的问题。
Based on the calculation of escalator truss with finite element,the modal analysis of the truss is carried out to determine the vibration characteristics of the truss and avoid resonance.At the same time,the model is established to analyze the transverse force of the truss,and the design method to enhance the torsion resistance of the truss is proved by comparing with other groups tests.Some problems about the design of structural optimization with equal strength and torsion resistance are put forward.
