替吉奥和奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌患者基质金属蛋白酶-9和血管内皮生长因子的表达

Expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in advanced gastric cancer treated with tegafur combined with oxaliplatin

目的探讨替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌患者基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。方法选取2014年12月至2019年12月仪征市人民医院收治的112例进展期胃癌患者,采用奇偶数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。观察组患者采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂进行治疗,对照组患者采用亚叶酸钙、5-氟尿嘧啶与奥沙利铂联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应及MMP-9和VEGF表达。结果观察组患者疾病控制率为89.3%,高于对照组的62.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。化疗前,两组患者MMP-9和VEGF表达比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗后,观察组患者MMP-9和VEGF表达均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。观察组患者胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制发生率均低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌,能有效提升疾病控制率,降低癌组织中MMP-9和VEGF表达水平。

Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase( MMP)-9 and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in patients with advanced gastric cancer receiving tegafur combined with oxaliplatin. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected at Yizheng People’s Hospital between December 2014 and December 2019. They were categorized into an observation group and a control group with 52 in each group using even-odd( E-O) method. and one in the control group. The observation group received tegafur combined with oxaliplatin and the control group received calcium folinate,5-fluorouracil plus oxaliplatin. The therapeutic efficacy,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Disease control rate was 89. 3% in the observation group which was higher than 62. 5% of the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF between the two groups before chemotherapy( P > 0. 05). After chemotherapy,the expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction and myelosuppression were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tegafur combined with oxaliplatin for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can effectively improve the disease control rate and reduce the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in cancer tissues.
