本钢冷轧高强钢改造工程建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

摘要 目的对本钢冷轧高强钢改造工程职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法2018年1-3月,通过职业卫生现场调查及检测,对该项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。结果该项目生产工艺、设备布局、职业病危害防护设施和辅助用室均符合国家卫生标准的要求,但在应急救援、个体防护措施和职业卫生管理方面还不够完善。生产工艺过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、盐酸、氢氧化钠和噪声,其检测结果分别为粉尘低于8 mg/m^(3),盐酸低于7.5 mg/m^(3),氢氧化钠低于2 mg/m^(3),噪声除酸洗入口操作工和酸再生站操作工岗位高于85 dB(A)外,其余均低于国家规定的职业接触限值标准。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果良好。 Objective To evaluate the control effect of the occupational hazards in transforming project of cold rolled high strength steel in Benxi Iron&Steel(Group)Co.,LTD.Methods The field investigation and detection of occupational health were used to evaluate the control effect of the occupational hazards in this project from January to March 2018.Results The production technology,facility layout,protective facilities for occupational hazards and auxiliary rooms in this project met the requirements of national standards,but the emergency rescue,individual protective measures and occupational health management were not perfect.The main occupational hazards in the production process were dust,hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide and noise.The detection results showed that the dust concentration was below 8 mg/m^(3),hydrochloric acid concentration was below 7.5 mg/m^(3) and sodium hydroxide concentration was below 2 mg/m^(3).The noise level of operators at pickling inlet and acid regeneration station was higher than85 dB(A),while the noise levels of others were lower than the national occupational exposure limit.Conclusion The occupational hazards in this project have been controlled well.
