摘要
目的建立梯度洗脱-高效液相色谱法同时测定预调鸡尾酒中11种食品添加剂的分析方法。方法样品水浴加热并搅拌除去二氧化碳和乙醇,适当延长水浴时间,将样品浓缩,用(1+1)氨水调pH值至7左右,定容,高速离心,上清液用0.22μm滤膜过滤,于高效液相色谱仪分析测定。结果梯度洗脱-高效液相色谱法对11种食品添加剂同时测定,线性相关系数亮蓝是0.998,苯甲酸、山梨酸、新红、柠檬黄、苋菜红、靛蓝、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红上赤藓红均为0.999;相对标准偏差为0.253%~1.105%;各组分的加标回收率在92.7%~106.4%之间;各种食品添加剂的最低检出限分别为:苯甲酸0.001μg,山梨酸0.001μg,新红0.005μg,柠檬黄0.004μg,苋菜红0.006μg,靛蓝0.024μg,胭脂红0.008μg,日落黄0.007μg,诱惑红0.010μg,亮蓝0.026μg,赤藓红0.018μg。结论该方法的精密度、准确度、灵敏度都能满足检测需求,与传统方法相比,避免了重复处理样品,重复开机检测,缩短了检测周期,节约了检测成本,适用于预调鸡尾酒常规食品添加剂的检测。
Objective To establish a gradient elution-high performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of 11 food additives in premixed cocktails.Methods The samples were heated in a water bath and stirred to remove carbon dioxide and ethanol.The time of the water bath was extended properly to concentrate the samples.The pH of the samples was adjusted to about 7 with(1+1)ammonia water.The samples were fixed volume and centrifuged at high speed.The supernatant was filtered by 0.22μm filter membrane and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.Results Gradient elution-high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine 11 kinds of food additives at the same time.The linear correlation coefficient of brilliant blue was 0.998,and that of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,new red,lemon yellow,amaranth,indigo,carmine,sunset yellow,tempting red and erythrina were all 0.999.The relative standard deviation was 0.253%-1.105%.The recovery rates of each component were between 92.7%and 106.4%.The lowest detection limits of the agent were:benzoic acid 0.001μg,sorbic acid 0.001μg,new red 0.005μg,lemon yellow 0.004μg,amaranth 0.006μg,indigo 0.024μg,carmine 0.008μg,sunset yellow0.007μg,seductive red 0.010μg,brilliant blue 0.026μg,erythrina 0.018μg.Conclusion The precision,accuracy and sensitivity of this method can meet the needs of detection.Compared with the traditional method,this method can avoid the repeated processing of samples,the repeated start-up detection,shorten the detection cycle,save the cost of detection,and can monitor the routine food additives of pre-mixed cocktails.
