南宁市幼教人群手足口病防控知识知晓现状及健康教育满意度调查

Survey on awareness of hand-foot-mouth disease prevention knowledge and satisfaction of health education among preschool education population in Nanning City

目的了解南宁市幼教人员手足口病防控知识知晓情况及其对当前健康教育满意度,为下一步托幼机构手足口病精准健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,2018年选取南宁市15个县/区中200家幼儿园幼教人员开展手足口病防控知识及健康教育满意度问卷调查。结果本次调查共发放问卷1600份,回收有效问卷1539份,南宁市幼教人群手足口病防控知识总知晓率为80.26%(28410/35397)。问卷的基本知识部分"主要症状"知晓最低,知晓率为55.30%(851/1539);防控措施部分"发生聚集性疫情停课时间"知晓最低,知晓率为52.70%(811/1539);健康教育需求部分,最期望获取知识途径为卫生部门宣传资料,占85.64%(1318/1539),最想了解的防控知识为防控措施,占88.89%(1368/1539);健康教育的满意度为95.91%(1477/1539)。多因素分析结果显示,岗位、工作年限、文化程度、婚姻、专业是手足口病知晓率的独立影响因素。结论南宁市幼教人群手足口病防控知识总知晓率较好,相关部门可在传统媒体基础上融合新媒体优势开展健康教育工作,进一步提高幼教人群手足口病防控措施知晓率,从而提高托幼机构手足口病防控能力。

Objective To learn about the awareness rate of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)prevention and control knowledge among preschool education staff in Nanning City and their satisfaction of health education,provide a scientific basis for the accurate health education of HFMD in childcare institutions in the future.Methods By the stratified random sampling method,preschool teachers in 200 kindergartens from 15 counties/districts of Nanning City were collected in 2018,to conduct the questionnaire survey on HFMD prevention and control knowledge and satisfaction of health education.Results A total of 1600 questionnaires were distributed in this survey and 1539 valid questionnaires were recovered.The total awareness rate of HFMD prevention and control knowledge in the preschool education population in Nanning City was 80.26%(28410/35397).The awareness rate of"main symptoms"was the lowest in the basic knowledge part of the questionnaire(55.30%,851/1539).The awareness rate of"suspension time in case of clustering epidemic"was the lowest in the prevention and control measures part(52.70%,811/1539).In the health education needs part,the most expected way to obtain knowledge was publicity materials from health department,accounting for 85.64%(1318/1539),and the most expected knowledge was preventive measures,accounting for 88.89%(1368/1539).The satisfaction rate of health education was 95.91%(1477/1539).Multivariate analysis showed that jobs,working years,education level,marital status,and majors were independent influencing factors for awareness rate of HFMD.Conclusion The overall awareness rate of HFMD prevention and control knowledge among preschool education staff in Nanning City is acceptable.The relevant departments can integrate the advantages of new media on the basis of traditional media to carry out health education,so as to further increase the awareness rate of prevention and control measures for HFMD in the preschool education population,thereby improving the prevention and control ability of HFMD disease in nursery institutions.
