摘要
心肌保护一直是麻醉领域研究的重点,非药物治疗方式逐渐成为研究热点。近年来发现适度的间歇性低氧(intermittent hypoxia,IH)可动员心脏的内源性保护机制。文章从IH的心肌保护作用机制及目前相关临床研究成果两方面进行综述,并探讨IH可能的实施方式及发展前景。
Myocardial protection has always been the focus of research in the anesthesia field,and non⁃drug therapy has gradually become a research hotspot.In recent years,it has been found that moderate intermittent hypoxia(IH)can mobilize the endogenous protective mechanism of the heart.This article reviews the myocardial protective mechanism of intermittent hypoxia and goes through related clinical research results,and finally investigates the possible implementation and prospects of intermittent hypoxia.
