2015年甘肃省武威市恶性肿瘤发病和死亡分析

Analysis of malignant tumor incidence and mortality in Wuwei city,Gansu province,2015

目的分析2015年甘肃省武威市恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡情况,为本市恶性肿瘤防控提供理论参考。方法选取甘肃省武威市2015年肿瘤登记中心恶性肿瘤发病和死亡数据,计算恶性肿瘤的粗发病/死亡率、累计发病/死亡率,以2000年全国标准人口构成和Segi’s世界标准人口构成计算恶性肿瘤的年龄标化发病率和死亡率。结果2015年甘肃省武威市恶性肿瘤发病率为346.51/10万(男性418.90/10万,女性269.72/10万),中标率为268.07/10万,恶性肿瘤死亡率为216.03/10万(男性285.38/10万,女性142.45/10万),中标率为174.22/10万,男性均高于女性,恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率基本随着年龄的增长而上升。上消化系统肿瘤、肺癌、肝癌占甘肃省武威市恶性肿瘤发病和死亡的前3位。结论上消化系统恶性肿瘤仍是武威市癌症防治的重点肿瘤类型,在肿瘤防控工作中,应重点加强中老年高危人群的恶性肿瘤防治知识及认知的宣传教育工作,引导居民改善不良饮食和生活习惯,从影响肿瘤发病的危险因素着手,针对性采取防控措施。

Objective To analyze the morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in Wuwei city,Gansu province in 2015 to provide a theoretical reference for the prevention and control of malignant tumors in this city.Method The data of malignant tumor morbidity and mortality in the Cancer Registration Center of Wuwei city,Gansu province in 2015 were selected to calculate the crude morbidity/mortality and cumulative morbidity/mortality of malignant tumors.The age-standardized morbidity and mortality rate of malignant tumors were calculated by the national standard population composition and the Segi’s world standard population composition in 2000.Result In 2015,the incidence rate of malignant tumors in Wuwei city,Gansu province was 346.51/105(male 418.90/105 and female 269.72/105),the winning bid rate was 268.07/105,and the mortality rate of malignant tumors was 216.03/105(male 285.38/105,female 142.45/105),the winning bid rate is 174.22/105.The morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in men were higher than those in women.The morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors basically increase with age.Upper digestive tract cancer,lung cancer,and liver cancer accounted for the top three in the incidence and death of malignant tumors in Wuwei city,Gansu province.Conclusion The morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in Wuwei city,Gansu province are still generally high.The prevention and control of malignant tumors in this city should be strengthened among the middle-aged and elderly high-risk groups,guide the residents to improve their unhealthy diet and living habits,and take targeted prevention and control measures from the risk factors affecting the incidence of cancer.
