摘要
文章介绍了一种基于CC2530的龙门起重机应力多点巡回监测系统研制,该系统采用CC2530为核心处理单元,以协调器结点和各电阻式应变传感监测结点组成数据采集网络,实时采集龙门起重机不同部件的多点应力,当应力超过阈值时第一时间向用户发送警报,从而实现龙门起重机设备的实时监测和管理。
This paper introduces the development of a multi-point itinerant stress monitoring system for gantry crane based on CC2530.The system uses CC2530 as the core processing unit,and forms a data acquisition network with coordinator nodes and resistance strain sensor monitoring nodes to collect the multi-point stress of different parts of gantry crane in real time.When the stress exceeds the threshold value,it will send an alarm to the user immediately,so as to realize the real-time monitoring and management of gantry crane equipment.
