康复新液、复方桐叶烧伤油联合负压吸引对烧伤创面愈合的影响

Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid, Compound Tongye Burn Oil Combined with Negative Pressure Suction for Wound Healing of Burn

目的:观察康复新液、复方桐叶烧伤油联合负压吸引对烧伤创面愈合的影响。方法:将烧伤患者73例作为研究对象,通过随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组(37例)与对照组(36例),对照组接受传统方法进行治疗,观察组接受康复新液、复方桐叶烧伤油联合负压吸引处理,对比2组患者的治疗情况及疗效差异。结果:观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组,平均换药次数少于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为100%,对照组治疗总有效率为88.89%,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用康复新液、复方桐叶烧伤油联合负压吸引治疗可以显著缩短患者的创面愈合时间,减少患者的换药次数,有效提高临床治疗效果,降低患者治疗的经济负担。

Objective: To observe the effect of Kangfuxin liquid, compound Tongye burn oil combined with negative pressure suction for wound healing of burn. Methods:A total of 73 cases of patients with burn were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,37 and 36 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with traditional methods, and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid,compound Tongye burn oil combined with negative pressure suction. The differences of treatment and curative effect in the two groups were compared. Results:The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the average times of dressing change were fewer,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment was 100% in the observation group,higher than that of 88.89% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Kangfuxin liquid, compound Tongye burn oil combined with negative pressure suction can significantly shorten the wound healing time of patients, reduce the times of dressing change,effectively improve clinical effect and decrease the economic burden.
