健脾益胃方干预脾胃虚寒证慢性萎缩性胃炎对胃泌素、胃动素及炎症因子的影响

Effect of Jianpi Yiwei Prescription on Gastrin, Motilin and Inflammatory Factors in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Spleen-Stomach Deficiency Cold Syndrome

目的:探讨健脾益胃方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)(脾胃虚寒证)对血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素及炎症因子的影响。方法:将脾胃虚寒证CAG患者82例按随机数字表法分为2组各41例,对照组给予口服阿莫西林胶囊、奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、克拉霉素分散片;观察组给予健脾益胃方煎服。2组疗程均为8周。观察疗效并比较2组干预前后血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素、血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的变化情况。结果:干预后,观察组血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素均上升且高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6均下降且低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组总有效率92.68%,高于对照组75.61%(χ^(2)=4.479,P=0.034<0.05)。对照组出现2例头痛,2例腹泻。结论:采用健脾益胃方治疗CAG (脾胃虚寒证)患者,可提高血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素的分泌,抑制炎症反应,治疗效果佳。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yiwei prescription on serum gastrin, plasma motilin and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) with spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome.Methods:A total of 82 cases of CAG patients with spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group. The control group was given the oral administration of amoxycillin capsules,omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and clarithromycin dispersible tablets;the observation group was given Jianpi Yiwei prescription. Both groups were treated for eight weeks. The curative effect was observed. Before and after intervention,the changes in the levels of serum gastrin,plasma motilin as well as interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the levels of serum gastrin and plasma motilin in the observation group were increased and higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of the observation group were decreased and lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention,the total effective rate was 92.68% in the observation group,higher than that of 75.61% in the control group(χ^(2)=4.479,P=0.034<0.05). In the control group,there were two cases of headache and two cases of diarrhea. Conclusion:The application of Jianpi Yiwei prescription for CAG patients with spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome can improve the secretion of serum gastrin and plasma motilin,and inhibit the inflammatory reactions with good curative effect.
