Experience Summary of Chief Physician GUO Shaoju in Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

郭绍举主任医师防治胃食管反流病经验丰富,提出胃食管反流病的病机总以肝郁胃弱为本,气逆泛酸为标;治疗上当气、酸、肝、胃同治,标本兼重,才能紧扣病机,全面兼顾病情,从而提高临床疗效。以肝胃相关理论为基础,提出制酸安胃、降气健胃与舒肝和胃并用治疗胃食管反流病;临证时将旋覆代赭汤、反左金丸、四逆散、乌贝散、半夏厚朴汤等经方组成合方,随症加减,切中病机,临床疗效显著。

Chief Physician GUO Shaoju has rich experience in the prevention and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,and proposed that its pathogenesis always lies in the root of liver depression and stomach weakness,along with qi counterflow and acid regurgitation as its branch. He put forward that its treatment is to treat the root and branch simultaneously,namely,to treat qi,acid,the liver and stomach simultaneously;only in this waycan the pathogenesis be closely stuck to and the condition be taken into account comprehensively,so as to improve the clinical effect. Based on the theory of the liver and stomach, it is proposed to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease by controling acid to calm the stomach, directing qi downward to strengthen the stomach, and soothing the liver to harmonize the stomach. In clinical practice,prescription should be combined with Xuanfu Daizhe tang,Fuzuojin pill,Sini powder,Wubei powder and Banxia Houpu tang,which needs to be modified according to the symptoms in order to tackle with the pathogenesis,whose clinical effect is significant.
