摘要
目的探讨脑外伤患者行高频与低频重复经颅磁刺激对其认知功能的影响。方法选取2017年7月~2019年5月之间我院收治的90例脑外伤患者,随机分为三组,各30例。A组采用常规康复治疗,B、C组在此基础上均给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗,B组为低频(1Hz)刺激、C组为高频(5Hz)刺激。比较三个组患者治疗前后MoCA、ADL、SF-36等评分变化。结果治疗前三组患者的各项评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后B、C组的评分优于A组(P<0.05),而B组和C组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论脑外伤患者行高频或者低频重复经颅磁刺激的效果均较为明显,均可明显改善患者认知功能、日常生活能力和生存质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of high frequency or low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)on cognitive function in patients with brain injury.Methods From January July 2017 to may 2019,90 patients with brain injury were selected and randomly divided into three groups,30 in each group.The patients in group A was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,based on these,the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation were given to patients in group B(low frequency 1Hz)and group C(high frequency 5Hz).The scores of Moca,ADL and SF-36 in three groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Befor treatment,there was no statistical difference on the scores of Moca,ADL and SF-36 among the patients in three group(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of Moca,ADL and SF-36 in group B and C were significantly better than those in group A(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference on the scores of Moca,ADL and SF-36 between the group C and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Both the high frequency and the low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve the cognitive function,the ability of daily life and the quality of life in patients with brain injury.
