艾司西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗帕金森病伴抑郁患者的临床疗效

Comparison of clinical efficacy between escitalopram and amitriptyline in the treatment of Parkinson's disease with depression

目的对比分析艾司西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗帕金森病伴抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年04月~2020年04月本院接收的122例帕金森病伴抑郁患者作为本次研究的观察对象。按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各61例患者,其中对照组给予阿米替林治疗,研究组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、帕金森综合评分量表(UPDR)评分及临床疗效和药物不良反应。结果研究组GWB评分高于对照组,UPDRS评分和HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总体疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较阿米替林而言,艾司西酞普兰能够进一步提高帕金森病伴抑郁患者的临床疗效,减轻临床症状,增强其幸福感指数,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of escitalopram and amitriptyline in the treatment of Parkinson's disease with depression.Methods A total of 122 Parkinson's disease with depression admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the observation subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 61 patients in each group.The control group was treated with amitrile,while the study group was treated with escitalopram.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),General well-being scale(GWB),Parkinson's disease comprehensive scale(UPDR)scores before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The GWB score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the UPDRS and HAMD scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall efficacy in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with amitriptyline,escitalopram can further improve the clinical efficacy of Parkinson's disease patients with depression,reduce clinical symptoms,and enhance their well-being index.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
