艾司唑仑联合松静诱导训练对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者睡眠质量及认知的影响 被引量:1

Effect of eszolam combined with Songjing induction training on sleep quality and cognition of patients with lumbar disc herniation

摘要 目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后患者给予松静诱导训练联合艾司唑仑治疗后患者认知及睡眠质量变化。方法将本院122例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者通过掷币法分为松静诱导组61例及联合药物组61例,松静诱导组患者术后指导患者进行松静诱导训练,联合药物组患者术后增加艾司唑仑口服治疗,对比两组患者治疗后心理状态、睡眠质量及认知功能变化。结果两组患者术后24、48、72h及术后7d MMSE评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,联合药物组SDS-20、PSQI、SAS-20评分均低于松静诱导组(P<0.05)。结论艾司唑仑联合松静诱导放松训练有效改善腰椎间盘突出症术后患者不良心理状态,提升睡眠质量。 Objective To investigate the changes in cognition and sleep quality of patients with ocular intervertebral disc herniation after receiving Songjing induction training combined with estazolam treatment.Methods 122 postoperative patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital were divided into the Songjing induction group 61 cases and the combined drug group 61 cases by coin toss.The Songjing induction group patients were instructed to perform the relaxation induction training after the operation,and the combined drug group The patients were treated with estazolam after the operation,and the changes in the psychological state,sleep quality and cognitive function of the two groups were compared.Results The MMSE scores of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant at 24,48,72h and 7 days after the operation(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the SDS-20,PSQI,and SAS-20 scores of the combined drug group were lower than those of Songjing Induction group(P<0.05).Conclusion Estazolam combined with Songjing induced relaxation training can effectively improve the poor mental state of patients after lumbar disc herniation and improve the quality of sleep.
