行为认知治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停导致低通气综合征的患儿的影响

Effect of behavioral cognitive model on children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and its effect on sleep quality

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停导致的低通气综合征患儿应用行为认知治疗后的效果。方法将我院91例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停导致的低通气综合征患儿采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组45例患儿给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾喷鼻联合孟鲁司特钠口服治疗,观察组46例患者在对照组基础上增加认知行为治疗,对比两组患儿干预后睡眠过程中暂停次数、动脉血氧饱和度、心理行为、认知功能及睡眠质量变化。结果治疗后,观察组睡眠过程中暂停次数、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、儿童行为量表(Achenbach)评分均低于对照组,SaO2水平、智商高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行为认知模式能够有效改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿心理、行为、认知症状及睡眠质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of behavioral cognitive model on children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.Methods A total of 91 children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome in our hospital were grouped by random number table.45 children in the control group were given oral administration of mometasone furoate nasal spray and montelukast sodium.Forty-six patients in the group increased cognitive behavioral mode adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group,and compared the changes in the number of pauses,arterial oxygen saturation,psychological behavior,cognitive function,and sleep quality during the sleep process between the two groups of children.Results After treatment,the number of pauses,PSQI scores,and Achenbach scores in the observation group during sleep were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of SaO2 and IQ were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral cognitive model can effectively improve the psychological behavior,cognitive function and sleep quality of children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
