培土生金针灸疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病对患者肺功能和血氧饱和度的影响

Effect of Peitu Shengjin Acupuncture Therapy on Lung Function and Blood Oxygen Saturation in Patients with COPD

目的:观察培土生金针灸疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)对患者肺功能和血氧饱和度的影响。方法:2017年7月—2019年5月我院收治的82例COPD患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用培土生金针灸疗法治疗。20 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗前后肺功能指标、血氧饱和度、T淋巴细胞亚群水平和治疗后的临床疗效。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率(85.37%,35/41)高于对照组(65.85%,27/41)(P<0.05);治疗后两组用力肺活量(FVC)、1 s用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大通气量(MVV)、最大吸气压(MIP)、氧分压(PO_(2))和CD4^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)的值较治疗前均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))、CD8^(+)水平较治疗前均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上采用培土生金针灸疗法治疗COPD能显著改善患者肺功能和血氧饱和度,提高患者免疫力,疗效更好,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of Peitu Shengjin acupuncture therapy on pulmonary function and blood oxygen saturation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:82 patients with COPD were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy;on which basis the observation group was also treated with Peitu Shengjin acupuncture therapy.The treatment duration was two courses,with 20 days being taken as one course.Lung function indexes,blood oxygen saturation,the level of T lymphocyte subsets before and after the treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 85.37%(35/41)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 65.85%(27/41)in the control group(P<0.05).The values of the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV)and maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP),as well as the levels of oxygen partial pressure(PO_(2)),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were all increased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the increases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO_(2))and CD8^(+)were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05);of which the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of the conventional treatment,the treatment of COPD by Peitu Shengjin acupuncture therapy can significantly improve lung function and blood oxygen saturation of the patients and improve the patients’immunity.The therapy has a better curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
