基于R语言的针灸治疗视神经萎缩组穴规律分析

Acupoint Regularity of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Optic Atrophy Based on R Language

目的:基于R软件分析文献中针灸治疗视神经萎缩穴位的处方规律。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统以及PubMed、EmBase与Cochrane Library文献中治疗视神经萎缩所使用的穴位处方,使用R语言、R-studio软件和Apriori算法进行数据透视的关联规则挖掘,分析穴位频次、穴位组合以及核心穴组的配伍情况。结果:共纳入文献92篇,设置支持度为15%,按照支持度降序排列并展示前30的频繁项集,按照提升度降序排列并展示排列前30的穴位规则,得到63条关联规则,其中29条规则为提升度≥1的有效关联规则,其中7条规则提升度≥2,其中9条规则置信度为1,并绘制规则散点图,最后按照“睛明-球后”“睛明-风池”“球后-风池”“睛明-攒竹”“睛明-承泣”的核心穴位组合进行网络图展示。结论:针灸治疗视神经萎缩的核心经脉为足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经及足阳明胃经,核心组穴为睛明、球后及风池,配以攒竹、承泣、太阳、上明及光明等穴,其取穴规律以局部取穴以及邻近取穴直达病所为主,远端取穴以足三里、肝俞等辅以调理气血。

Objective:To analyze the acupoints regularity of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating optic atrophy based on R software analysis.Methods:Acupoint prescriptions used in the treatment of optic atrophy were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,Chinese Sci-tech Periodical Database,Chinese Biomedical Document Service System,PubMed,EmBase and Cochrane Library.R Language,R-studio software and Apriori algorithm association rule mining were used to carry out data mining in terms of analysis of acupoint frequency,acupoint combinations and core point group.Results:A total of 92 articles were included in the study,setting support was 15%,and the top 30 frequent item sets were ranked in descending order of support,and the top 30 acupoint rules were ranked in descending order of elevation and displaying.There were 63 association rules,of which 29 effective association rules for the improvement of the degree were more than 1,7 rules for degree of improvement were more than 2,9 of which the degree of confidence in the rules equaled to 1,and the rules of the scatter chart was drawn.Finally the network points were shown in the core acupuncture points in accordance with the combination of‘Jingming-Qiuhou’,‘Jingming-Fengchi’,‘Qiuhou-Fengchi’,‘Jingming-Cuanzhu’and‘Jingming-Chengqi’.Conclusion:The core meridians of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating optic atrophy are Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang,Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang and Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming.The core acupoint group consists of Jingming,Qiuhou and Fengchi,together with Cuanzhu,Chengqi,Taiyang,Shangming and Guangming,the law of acupoint selection mainly focuses on local acupoints and direct needling to the disease location,distal acupoints,such as Zusanli and Ganshu are selected to regulate qi and blood.
