微信平台+二维码在先心病手术患儿日常护理中的应用效果及护患关系的影响分析

Application effect of WeChat platform and QR code in daily nursing of children with congenital heart disease surgery and influence analysis of nurse-patient relationship

目的探究微信平台+二维码在先心病日常护理过程中的应用效果及护患关系的效果观察。方法选取我院在2017年11月—2018年11月收治的先心病患者并进行手术治疗的106例患儿作为本次研究对象,其中根据入院时间的先后进行排号进行平均分组,其中对照组采用常规的外科护理方式,而观察组在此基础上采用关注微信平台和二维码问卷调查方式进行护理;观察两组患儿或患儿家属的心脏病相关知识和术后并发症发生率,并进行比较分析。结果观察组护理干预后的先心病疾病各项相关知识(饮食、护理、康复、用药和注意事项)评分要显著高于对照组,并发症的发生率要显著低于对照组,其均存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用微信平台建立联合二维码问卷调查的方式能够提高患儿或患者家属的心脏相关知识,提高依从性和护理满意度,值得在先心病手术患儿护理中进行应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform and QR code in the daily nursing process of congenital heart disease and observe the effect of nurse-patient relationship. Methods 106 cases of congenital heart disease children during our hospital and surgical treatment were selected from November 2017 to November 2018, according to the time of admission of successively for appointment to the average group, which controls the conventional way of surgical nursing, the observation group on the basis of using WeChat platform and qr code nursing questionnaire;The knowledge of heart disease and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of various related knowledge(diet, nursing, rehabilitation, medication and matters needing attention) of congenital heart disease after nursing intervention in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Using WeChat platform to establish a joint QR questionnaire survey can improve the heart related knowledge of children or patients’ family members, improve compliance and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of application in the care of children with congenital heart disease surgery.
