摘要
职业教育位于技术技能型人才的供给侧,供给侧结构性改革为职业教育指明了发展方向和建设目标。结合系统优化理论与实践,新时代的职业教育应着力优化"供给侧",提高职教人才供给的可行性;精准感知"需求侧",提高职教人才供给的针对性;瞄准产业转型升级,提高职教人才供给的有效性;完善法律法规,提高职教人才供给的保障性。
Vocational education is in the supply side of technical and skilled talents,and the structural reform of the supply side points out the development direction and construction goal for vocational education.Combined with the theory and practice of system optimization,in vocational education in the new era we should focus on optimizing the"supply side"to improve the feasibility of vocational-education talent supply,accurately perceive the"demand side"to improve the pertinence of vocational-education talent supply,aim at industrial transformation and upgrading to improve the effectiveness of vocational-education talent supply,and perfect laws and regulations to improve the guarantee of vocational-education talent supply.
