摘要
结合我国邮轮城市特点,运用主成分分析法对我国邮轮选址的潜在影响因素进行定量分析,选取了能够反应邮轮码头腹地、腹地经济、潜在的内部需求及外部需求、产业特点等指标作为选址影响因素进行研究,从社会经济要求角度分析邮轮港在城市规划中的宏观选择。同时以秦皇岛市为例研究邮轮港选址的可行性,提出秦皇岛邮轮港建设建议。
Considering the characteristics of China′s cruise cities,a quantitative analysis of the potential influencing factors of China′s cruise location was conducted with the principal component analysis method on the influencing factors such as indicators that can reflect the hinterland of cruise terminal,hinterland economy,potential internal and external demand,and industrial characteristics.The macro selection of cruise port in urban planning was analyzed from the perspective of social and economic requirements.Taking Qinhuangdao as an example,the feasibility of the cruise port location and suggestions on the construction of Qinhuangdao cruise port were studied.
