原发性胸骨肿瘤的临床诊治进展

发生于胸骨的肿瘤较为罕见,临床最常见的原发性恶性胸骨肿瘤为软骨肉瘤,而胸骨继发性肿瘤中以转移瘤最为常见。胸骨肿瘤的临床诊断主要依靠影像学和病理活检。外科手术切除、胸壁重建是胸骨肿瘤的主要治疗方案,临床常用的重建材料包括自体、异体组织和人工材料等。术后根据胸骨肿瘤病理类型可补充放疗,其预后与组织学类型、治疗方案密切相关。

Sternal tumor is a rare type of bone tumor.Chondrosarcoma is the most common type of primary malignant sternum tumor,while metastatic tumor is the most common secondary sternum tumors.The clinical diagnosis of sternum tumors mainly depends on imaging and pathological biopsy.Surgical resection and chest wall reconstruction are the main treatment options for sternum tumors.The reconstruction materials include autologous tissue,allogeneic tissue and artificial materials.Postoperative radiotherapy could be supplemented according to the pathological type of sternum tumor,and its prognosis is closely related to the histological type and treatment strategies.
