老年手术患者围手术期衰弱的研究进展

Research progress of perioperative frailty on aged surgical patients

老年手术患者常合并衰弱,衰弱与老年患者一系列的不良结局(术后谵妄、延长住院时间、增加再住院率和病死率等)密切相关。本文就老年手术患者衰弱的影响因素、评估工具及干预方法进行综述,旨在为早期识别老年手术患者的衰弱状态并采取有效干预措施提供借鉴,进而提高老年手术患者的生活质量,促进早日康复。

Aged surgical patients are often associated with frailty,and frailty is closely related to a series of adverse outcomes of aged patients(postoperative delirium,prolonged hospital stay,increased rehospitalization rate and mortality rate,etc.).This article reviewed the influencing factors,assessment tools and intervention methods of frailty in aged surgical patients,aiming to provide a reference for early identification of frailty in aged surgical patients and effective intervention measures,thereby improving the quality of life in aged surgical patients and promoting early recovery.
