基于物联网的智慧社区建设研究——以泉州台商美的项目为例

Research on Smart Community Construction based on Internet of Things——Take Quanzhou Taishang Meidi Project as an Example

随着时代的发展,智慧社区建设成为智慧城市战略的重要环节。依据“互联网+物联网+社区管理”模式建立的一体化社区服务平台实现了对门禁系统、停车场管理、设备运维、社区安防等的集成管理,使得智慧社区的管理绿色、便捷、安全、高效。通过对国内外智慧社区发展现状的总结,分析现阶段国内智慧社区建设存在的问题。在阐述物联网在智慧社区建设中的价值的基础上,以泉州台商美的项目为例,展现“智慧社区”的建设思路,并对智慧社区未来建设提出建议,供相关从业者参考。

With the development of the times,the construction of smart community has become an important part of smart city strategy.The platform for community service was built on the"Internet+Internet of things+community management"mode.And in the platform,the access control system,parking management,equipment maintenance,community security were integrated management,which made the management of smart community green,convenient,safe and efficient.Based on the summary of the development status of smart community at home and abroad,the problems existing in the construction of smart community in China were analyzed.On the basis of expounding the value of Internet of things in the construction of smart community,taking Quanzhou Taishang Meidi project as an example,the construction idea of"smart community"was shown,and suggestions for future construction of smart community were put forward for reference of relevant practitioners.
