消能减震加固技术在C类框架教学楼的应用及分析

摘要 既有的C类框架教学楼,应校安工程要求进行抗震加固,其抗震设防类别由标准设防提高至重点设防,框架抗震等级由三级提高至二级,采用粘滞阻尼器消能减震加固技术,经计算分析,多遇地震下粘滞阻尼器为结构提供约15%的附加阻尼比,可以有效地减小地震作用力。消能减震加固技术相对于传统的抗震加固技术,具有减少加固工程量、缩短施工周期及减小施工作业面等优势。 The existing C-category frame of school building should be strengthened in accordance with the requirements of school safety engineering.The seismic fortification category is raised from standard fortification to key fortification,and the seismic grade of frame is improved from grade 3 to grade 2.Viscous damper energy dissipation and vibration reduction reinforcement technology is proposed.Through calculation and analysis,the viscous damper provides about 15%additional damping ratio for the structure,which can effectively reduce the earthquake force.Compared with the traditional seismic strengthening technology,the energy dissipation and vibration reduction reinforcement technology has the advantages of reducing the reinforcement amount,shortening the construction period and reducing the construction working surface.
