摘要
结合工程实例,针对高层建筑下伏采空区及采掘巷道地基处理充填材料用量大成本高及采空区注浆充填效果差,项目部通过试验研究出采用水泥、粉细砂、矿粉拌和而成的低成本注浆材料,并优化调整施工工艺及方法,进而达到采空区及采掘巷道地基充填处理的目的,同时减少投入创造经济效益。
Combined with the engineering example,in view of the large amount of filling materials used in foundation treatment of goaf and excavation roadway under high-rise buildings,high cost and poor grouting filling effect in goaf,the project department has studied the low-cost grouting materials mixed with cement,fine sand and mineral powder through experiments,and optimized and adjusted the construction technology and method,so as to achieve the foundation filling of goaf and excavation roadway At the same time,investment is reduced and economic benefits are created.
