陀螺测斜技术在管桩垂直度检测中的应用

摘要 管桩的垂直度对单桩承载力的正常发挥有显著影响,相关规范对沉桩后的管桩垂直度做出了具体的要求,但没有提供有效的检测手段。针对管桩垂直度检测的陀螺测斜仪的研制成功,使方便快速检测管桩的垂直度成为可能。通过陀螺测斜技术,可得到管桩垂直度的三维变化情况,低应变法可测得管桩的桩身完整性,孔内摄像可对桩身缺陷进行拍摄,这三种检测方法相互验证补充,可为管桩的加固设计提供直观可靠的依据。 The vertical deviation of pipe pile has a significant impact on the normal performance of single pile bearing capacity.The relevant codes have made specific requirements on the vertical deviation of pipe pile after pile sinking,but no effective detection method has been provided.In view of the successful development of the gyro inclinometer,it is possible to detect the vertical deviation of the pipe pile conveniently and quickly.The three-dimensional variation of the vertical deviation of the pipe pile can be obtained by the gyroscope survey technology.The integrity of the pipe pile can be measured by the low strain method,and the defects of the pile body can be photographed by the video monitor in the hole.The three detection methods are mutually verified and supplemented,which can provide an intuitive and reliable basis for the reinforcement design of the pipe pile.
